The name and logo style are registered under "The Trade Mark Act, 1999", Any unethical usage of the name, logo or style without a written concern is considered as unlawful and will be prosecuted.

Unauthorized use of this Rose Taxi website/app may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

From time to time, this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without Rose Taxi's prior written consent. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of India or other regulatory authority.

User Content

You are prohibited from posting defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening or unlawful material in our contact form, booking form or feedback sections.

Rose Taxi will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Rose Taxi to disclose the identity of anyone posting such materials.

Rose Taxi may change, edit, or remove any user material or conversations that is illegal, indecent, obscene, or offensive, or that violates Rose Taxi policies in any way.

Taxi Booking can be made online by filling up the booking form provided in the website or users can download and install Rose Taxi mobile app for quick and easy process. A booking can be made for any person other than an app user. Rosetaxi.in and its app are secured by a 128-bit SSL encryption technology certified by ZeroSSL by Stack Holdings. Your personal information will not be shared with a third party.

  1. Taxi booking can be available by direct phone call or using a mobile app.
  2. The start and end distance in km will be calculated from the point of pick-up to the point of destination. It is our responsibility to take a note of the starting and ending ODO metre reading (km reading) of the vehicle.
  3. Driving speed of the vehicle as per the directions of the local transport authority only.
  4. Parking charges, toll charges, inter-state taxes and entry fees etc. to be paid by the customer.
  5. Unless specified otherwise, all metre readings/distances/timings will be calculated to and fro from the point of pick-up to the point of destination.
  6. Distances between two locations (points), be it an intercity distance mentioned on the website/app, are approximate. The actual distance may differ depending on the exact geographical location of the points under consideration.
  7. Car air-conditioning will be switched off in hilly areas and also when the vehicle is not in motion. The customer is also not expected to request driver to make the air condition operational in the afore mentioned cases.
  8. Any form of discounts is only applicable on the basic fare and cannot be made available on extra charges like tolls, taxes, extra km and hours charges consumed if applicable, driver's allowance, parking charge, or night charge, unless specified.
  9. The vehicle booked will be subject to availability. In a case where the car booked is not available on the day of travel, the customer will be provided with an alternative equivalent vehicle in a similar segment as applicable.
  10. Local and hourly rental services are valid only within city limits. For the afore mentioned car rental services, any request for outstation travel beyond city limits will entitle the driver to deny services without any liability to refund the booking amount.
  11. A customer can request amendments to a booking made earlier only if the request is made 12 hours before the pick-up time. No changes will be made within 12 hours of pick-up time. In cases where amendments to cab type are requested, the cab type requested is subject to availability.
  12. In the event of a no-show where the customer has not informed Rose Taxi of the changes to his/her schedule 24 hours before the pick-up, no refunds will be made.
  13. For a confirmed booking, if any change is required in date, time, cab type, and destination, it can be done by contacting our customer support team by calling +91 09914666555.
  14. Customer is liable for any additional distance and time beyond the given package, which will be charged extra and payable by the customer.
  15. One-way drop trips are charged on an up and down basis.
  16. The driver will wait for the customer on the travel date for no more than 1 hour from his pick-up time in case the customer does not inform the driver on the delay. After 1 hour, the booking will be considered a case of no show and the full booking amount will be forfeited.
  17. Transfers with unspecified distance coverage will only include one-way transfers either from an airport or railway station to a single location or vice versa. Pick-ups or drops from multiple locations are not included in such bookings.
  18. Outstation taxi service cannot be held accountable for any delay or consequential loss caused to the customer due to traffic jams or reasons beyond the reasonable control of the driver or lapses on the part of the driver.
  19. Rose Taxi cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, physical injury, etc., suffered by the customer while availing its services.
  20. Rose Taxi cannot be held responsible for any loss of luggage, valuable items and personal belongings left unattended in the cab. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to take care of their luggage, valuable items and personal belongings.
  21. In case of any misconduct or misbehaviour by the driver, the customer should immediately report it to the support team of Rose Taxi at 09914666555.
  22. Rose Taxi cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay suffered by the customer due to force majeure events.
  23. In no event, the entire liability of Rose Taxi for any loss or damage arising due to cab services or in the case of a valid refund claim shall not exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.
  24. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
  25. In addition to all the above-mentioned terms and conditions, user terms mentioned on the website apply.

Cancellation Policies:

  1. If a customer cancels 24 hours prior to the pick-up time, 10% of the booked amount will be deducted.
  2. If a customer cancels within 24 hours’ prior the pick-up time, no refund shall be provided.
  3. The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer's bank account. No cash refund requests will be entertained.
  4. The amount will be refunded approximately within 7 business days.

Payments and Security

Every transaction you conduct with us is done in a safe and secure environment. We provide two payment options:

  1. Cash on hand
  2. Payment through UPI (QR Code)

Please keep a copy of your transactions for future reference.

 Special Instructions:

  1. Driver & Car details: Rose Taxi, will send driver and cab details to customer approximately one hour before the pick-up time by SMS. In some cases, the driver or an associate of Rose Taxi may also call in advance to reconfirm the booking with customer.
  2. Non-receipt of driver and car details: In such cases, the customer needs to contact the support team at Rose Taxi on 09914666555 and mention the booking confirmation number (Booking ID).
  3. Payment of extra charges: Any applicable extra charges have to be paid directly in cash to the driver.
  4. Refusal by the driver to deliver services: The customer should contact the support team at Rose Taxi on 09914666555 and mention the booking confirmation number (Booking ID).
  5. It is expressly made clear to you hereby that Rose Taxi does not own any taxis, nor does it directly or indirectly employ any drivers for the taxis. Taxis and drivers are all affiliated with Rose Taxi as driver partners. Rose Taxi disclaims any and all liability in respect of the drivers and the taxis alike.
  6. The quality of the transportation services requested through the use of the service is entirely the responsibility of the driver partner who ultimately provides such transportation services to you. Rose Taxi promises its best endeavour to provide sufficient training, quality control procedures and processes to ensure best services by driver partner. However, under no circumstance does it accept liability in connection with and/or arising from the transportation services provided by the driver or any acts, actions, behavior, conduct, and/or negligence on the part of the driver partner.
  7. Rose Taxi will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the services offered by the Rose Taxi website and Rose Taxi Mobile App, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
  8. If any passenger misses their train, flight, or bus, Rose Taxi will not be liable for any compensation. The customer shall make an alternate arrangement if the cab has not arrived for any reason.
  9. The Customer shall indemnify Rose Taxi from and against and in respect of any or all liabilities, losses, charges and expenses (including legal fees and costs on a full indemnity basis) claims, demands, actions and proceedings which Rose Taxi may incur or sustain directly or indirectly from or by any reason of or in relation to the use or proposed use of the Services by the Customer and shall pay such sums on demand on Rose Taxi.
  10. Rose Taxi shall be entitled at any time without giving any reason to terminate the booking of cabs done by the customer.
  11. Rose Taxi does not assure a complete sustainability of its Service and shall not be held responsible or liable for the same, in any manner.
  12. Rose Taxi shall endeavour to respond to your issues within a reasonable time of your reporting the same and try to resolve them at the earliest possible. It is hereby clarified that issues are resolved on a severity basis, and certain may be resolved earlier than others. However, Rose Taxi will not be liable for any damages or losses in the event that you are not satisfied with any such resolution.

IN ADDITION, AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ROSE TAXI’s AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE USER TERMS OR THE SERVICES RENDERED HEREUNDER, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR OTHER THEORY), WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only).
