This privacy statement ("Privacy Statement") applies to you as a driver of our transportation-related services through website at https://www.rosetaxi.in, the mobile application, and all other websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Rose Taxi. This Privacy Statement describes our practises in handling the information that you provide to us and that we collect about you as a driver of our services.

This Privacy Statement applies to all drivers of our services. We may store, maintain, process, and/or transfer the information you provide to us and that we collect about you. We will take reasonable measures to protect your information in accordance with this statement.

Your use of our services indicates your agreement with and consent to our practises described in this Privacy Statement. If you do not consent to or agree with this privacy statement, please do not use any of our mobile applications or services or participate in any of the features or activities relating to the services.

1. 1. By registering as a driver, you acknowledge and consent to our collection of your personal information, including your name, location, mobile number, vehicle information, financial information (such as your bank account details), and email.
   2. This personal information is collected and may be used for the purposes of registering and managing your driver account with Rose Taxi; providing you with the taxi service or offers in relation to the Rose Taxi service; and placing you in contact with potential passengers and jobs; processing payments to you (where applicable); contacting you in respect of any queries or complaints; for our internal business purposes (such as our accounting or management purposes); if required or authorised by law; for the purposes of complying with our legal or regulatory obligations; or for any other purposes you may reasonably expect.
   3. From time to time, we may disclose your personal information to our staff and to third parties, for example: to passengers in order to connect you with potential passengers and jobs; to third parties, agents, contractors, or suppliers who assist us in the provision of the Rose Taxi service (for example, payment processors, website hosting service providers, information cloud storage service providers, customer care services); law enforcement authorities, agencies, or regulators in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations; and other platforms to which you have asked Rose Taxi to interface. Driver personal information is hosted by Hostinger on servers located in Singapore and India on behalf of Rose Taxi.
   4. If you are not comfortable giving us permission to collect and manage your personal information in this manner, you do not qualify to be a part of the Rose Taxi driver programme and will thus be refused by Rose Taxi for attachment.
